Chef de Partie
We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to become part of our ambitious kitchen team cooking food like few other pubs in the UK. We are an award winning and critically acclaimed gastro pub specialising in country style cooking with a daily changing menu. We make everything in house including our own bread, butter and ice cream.
Working closely with some of the best farms in the UK we butcher on site and change our menu daily depending on what meat we have and what fish and vegetables are in season and showing their best.
We are an award winning group (including Smokehouse, Little Smoke and The Princess of Shoreditch) and we have a few simple rules:
