COVID- 19 update

The safety of our teams and our guests is our top priority and we have been working behind the scenes to ensure we can re-open safely. We have done extensive risk assessments and have made changes to ensure we are as safe as we can be during these difficult times. Although things may have changed a little we will try our best to keep it seamless as possible.

Here are some key points in regards to your reservation we would like to share with you:

  • There will be reservations only.
  • All customers will be subject to temperature checking before they enter the pub.
  • From 17th October guest tables will be limited to 6 guests from 1 households only.
  • We will accept cashless payments only.

By making a reservation online you agree to follow these measures.

Our dining room can seat up to 40 guests and is available for private hire (minimum spend applies).  Our Private Dining Room can comfortably seat 24 guests.

For tables of 9 or more or to enquire about private dining please either call 020 7226 8304 or email Jack at crackling@thepigandbutcher.co.uk.

For tables of 8 or less, if the online reservation system is showing no availability please give us a call as we will always do everything we can to accommodate you (even though the computer says no we can sometimes say yes!).

Food is served both in the pub and the dining room. While we take reservations in the dining room, pub tables are available on a ‘first come’ basis.

During busy times we use WhyQ.  Leave your name and number and we will send you an SMS when your table is 15 minutes from being ready.

In order to reserve a table you will be required to provide your card details. Please note it will be held securely in our PCI-compliant Payment Gateway. We will not applied any charge to your card at this point. We only charge your card £20 per person in case of no show. If you wish to cancel your reservation please do so by emailing crackling@thepigandbutcher.co.uk.
